About The Junction

Conception:

First and foremost, Contractor Junction was created from a conversation between two life long friends. Robert, an experienced carpenter who was finding it difficult to connect with new clients and Paul, a professional corporate recruiter whose job is to connect people with work. That conversation sparked this collaboration.

Alignment:

Robert & Paul began exploring how this partnership may benefit them both and soon realized their shared vision included an additional partner. The Kingston community. They did not yet have a solid plan, but knew they wanted a business model that was advantageous to the contractor, recruiter, and community.

Agreement:

Now that they had a basic idea pen was put to paper in efforts to detail how the partnership would operate. The first draft prompted an exploratory discussion over a bonfire, which resulted in a second draft and a clearer understanding of how Contractor Junction would operate. Finally in the Spring of 2025 an agreement was reached and the business was launched.
