Contractor Junction is a service offered to community contractors who pay a minimal fee.  There are no fees for property owners.

Why Contractor Junction

Peace of Mind:

  • Contractor Junction ensures all contractor partners have received a satisfactory criminal background check
  • Two written work references can be provided to clients as they engage with a contractor.

We Work Differently:

  • Unlike other contractors our focus is small to mid size jobs that may only be a few days or weeks in length.  So don’t be afraid to send us your list of odd jobs.
  • We only do work in our own community (Kingston), so you know that the person you hire is also a member of your community.

What To Expect

  1. Contact Contractor Junction using the contact information on the website.  Be sure to have some basic information about the project.
  2. Contractor Junction will provide you with an hourly rate based upon the project details you have provided.  We feel this adds transparency for our clients.
  3. Once the hourly rate is determined, Contractor Junction will connect you with your contractor.
  4. The contractor will visit your property to fully assess the job and gather information to enable them to build an estimate.
  5. The contractor will email you the estimate for your review. 
  6. To begin the work the contractor will contact you to coordinate a schedule that is mutually agreeable. 

No Liability

Although Contractor Junction works hard to ensure contractors we partner with perform work in a safe, competent, and legal way, Contractor Junction and its affiliates are in no way responsible and/or liable for any issues that result from the contractor’s work.  The service offered by Contractor Junction is to connect contractors with clients and to provide a platform for clients to provide feedback on their experience with contractors.  However, once a client and contractor are connected Contractor Junction and its affiliates are not involved in the contractor/client transaction.
